Gobble Wobble 2025
The 5K and 1 mile event is returning to the Arena Park in Cape Girardeau! The course is flat and fast, acccurate and safe. The Arena Park course has over a one mile lead before getting on the trail, and allows for one-way travel.

What a great way to start the Thanksgiving holiday! Join us at the Arena Park, Kiwanis Drive, Cape Girardeau, ready to run! Choose between the Gobble 5K and the Gobble Mini Trot 1 mile!
Thanksgiving morning, November 27.
Race start time is 8 am.
PACKET PICKUP: Packet pickup held on Wednesday, Nov 26, from 3-6 pm at the Arena Park 4H building in Cape. Race day packet pickup begins at 6:30 am.
Online registration will be closed at Noon on Nov 26. But race day registration is available until 7:30 am, so join us!
Runners will be timed and times recorded.
Gobble Wobble shirts to all registered by November 14.
Accurate 5K course, timed by Cape Road Runners.
Award to top three overall male and female. Times will be posted on the Gobble Wobble website. Finisher medals to all participants.

All children ages 10 and under run free with Kids on the Run!
